Shipping Requirements

  1. All items purchased on bizibi will have to be shipped via bizibi.  We have to verify the delivery of the product against the person it is being delivered to and the payee.   If the seller decides to deliver the product themselves or the buyer turns up for collection, that will be deemed as a separate sale and nothing to do with bizibi.   We will cancel and refund the original transaction if we are not able to complete the delivery ourselves.

  2. All orders need to be processed and must be ready for collection within 24 hours at the latest.  You need to inform us that the goods are ready to be collected.

  3. Items must be placed inside a secure tamper proof packaging, if they are not then we may refuse to deliver.   Customers Name and Order Number must be clearly printed and visible on the packaging.

  4. It is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging is sufficient and correct for a normal delivery, and it must be expected that reasonable amount of movement and knocks may be experienced.   We will not be liable for any damage caused, due to insufficient or incorrect packaging.

  5. Even if the correct packaging is used, we are only liable for up to  $50.  For high value items we suggest you take out extra insurance. 

  6. If there is an issue with the order, either out of stock or change request by customer then you must notify us immediately.

  7. Failure to work with our requirements may cause your account to be suspended until the issues are rectified.  

  8. If you are suspended your monthly fees will still be incurred and payable.

  9. There may be areas that we do not deliver to, this may be due to safety reasons or if they are deemed too far.   We at our sole discretion may decide which areas we do not deliver to any time.  This is due to the dynamic crime situation in the country.

  10. Items that are large/heavy may incur extra charges for delivery.

Changes to This Policy

Bizibi may update this shipping policy  from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our fees or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. If we make material changes to this Policy, we will give you 30 days notice of such changes by posting the revised policy on our Sites and where appropriate by other means.
